Invitation to Bid – March 7, 2016

The Sultan Kudarat Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SUKELCO), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites potential bidders to apply for eligibility and if subsequently found eligible, to bid for the Power Supply with the following Terms of Reference (TOR):

Please take note that only Generation Companies with existing power supply agreement (of similar technology as required) with other Distribution Utilities is allowed to participate in the bidding. As proof of compliance, kindly submit together with the Accreditation Requirements a list of executed power supply agreement duly filed with the ERC specifying the following details:

a. Application Title

b. Case/Docket Number and Docket Date

c. Contracting Parties

If deemed qualified, note that you are required to attend in a compulsory Pre-Bid Conference on March 15, 2016, 10 o’clock in the morning where we are going to discussed the project’s details. Non-refundable bid fee for this project is Php 25,000.00

Bidders must possess qualifications as stipulated in the IRR of RA 10531.All bids submitted must be accompanied with a bid security, in the amount equivalent to 2% of the estimated one (1) month of power bill for Cash and Check while 2.5% for Bank Guarantee.

SUKELCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids without disclosing any reason, to declare failure of bidding or not award the contract or to waive any minor defects or infirmities therein and to accept such bid as may be considered most advantageous to the cooperative.
