Symposium on capacitating and empowering employees amidst pandemic was conducted earlier today as part the prelude activities of SUKELCO’s 46th Foundation Anniversary.
The virtual forum was attended by Board of Directors, Management and employees of the cooperative to ensure that EC workers are motivated and capacitated to perform their functions despite the challenges brought by the pandemic.
NAGMEC President and General Manager of Leyte III Electric Cooperative, Inc. (LEYECO III) was the invited resource speaker and shared his personal experience towards managing and supervising people.
