Notice is hereby given that on October 20, 2015, Sultan Kudarat Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SUKELCO) and DMCI Power Corporation. (DPC) filed an Application for approval of their Electricity Supply Agreement (ESA), with prayer for provisional authority.<\/p>\n

The Commission has set the Application for jurisdictional hearing, expository presentation, pre-trial conference and evidentiary hearing on\u00a0March 30, 2016 (Wednesday)<\/strong> at ten o\u2019clock in the morning (10:00 A.M.)<\/strong> at SUKELCO\u2019s Principal Office, National Highway, Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat.<\/strong><\/p>\n
