Earlier this morning, October 15, 2025, South Cotabato I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SOCOTECO-I) conducted a benchmarking visit to SUKELCO, focusing on asset appraisal and accounting systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The visit aimed to gain valuable insights into SUKELCO\u2019s best practices in managing and valuing assets, as well as its efficient and compliant accounting processes. This initiative is part of SOCOTECO-I\u2019s continuous efforts to improve operational efficiency, promote transparency, and comply with regulatory standards set by the National Electrification Administration (NEA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOCOTECO-I expressed its gratitude to SUKELCO for the warm accommodation and for sharing their knowledge and systems, which are expected to aid in shaping future improvements in both cooperatives.
