(SUKELCO) filed, through the Energy Virtual One-Stop Shop (EVOSS) portal, an Application dated 13 January 2026, seeking the Commission\u2019s approval of the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) plan for the years 2024 to 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Commission sets the instant Application for hearing for the determination of compliance with the jurisdictional requirements, expository presentation, and Pre-trial Conference on <strong>06 April 2026 (Monday), at two o\u2019clock in the afternoon (2:00 P.M.)<\/strong>, through <strong>Microsoft Teams Application<\/strong> as the online platform for the conduct thereof, pursuant to Resolution No. 09, Series of 2020 and Resolution No. 01, Series of 2021 (ERC Revised Rules of Practice and Procedure).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accordingly, SUKELCO will mirror the virtual hearing that will be hosted by the Commission at <strong>SUKELCO\u2019s Principal Office located at the National Highway, Brgy.
