SUKELCO has dispatched its second batch of linemen to SOCOTECO II to support the continuing power restoration efforts in areas of Sarangani Province affected by the recent calamity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The four-member team from SUKELCO Area 2 Services Department, led by Team Leader Arlan Sobreda, departed for Glan, Sarangani to reinforce Task Force Kapatid operations and assist in restoring electricity services to affected areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the send-off program, OIC-General Manager Wilfredo M. Evangelista, Ph.D., expressed his appreciation for the dedication and commitment of the lineworkers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The passion of a lineman is to be of service to the electric industry sector whenever needed,” Evangelista said, emphasizing the cooperative’s commitment to helping fellow electric cooperatives during times of crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

District Director Ismael S. Bermudez of Lambayong also conveyed his gratitude to the deployed personnel and encouraged them to remain vigilant throughout their mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We appreciate your willingness to serve. Let us continue to pray for one another and always prioritize safety,” Bermudez said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, Engr. Leo Fontanilla, OIC Area 2 Manager, reminded the team to uphold unity, teamwork, and SUKELCO’s culture of zero accidents while carrying out their duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The linemen are expected to remain in Glan, Sarangani, for seven days to assist in the restoration of power lines and facilities damaged by the calamity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through Task Force Kapatid, SUKELCO continues to embody the spirit of cooperation, extending assistance beyond its franchise area and reinforcing the electric cooperative sector’s shared mission of bringing light and service to every Filipino household.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
