SUKELCO successfully conducted its Customer Service Training Batch 2 on August 8, 2025, at the MCO Center, Kalandagan, Tacurong City. It was attended by 165 employees from various departments, all focused on enhancing their frontline customer service skills.
The activity aimed to improve efficient service to its member-consumer-owners. Through workshops and interactive sessions, participants were equipped with practical tools aligned with SUKELCO’s commitment to delight our MCOs.
Ms. Janet S. Collado, CPD Manager, delivered an opening message and highlighted the value of professionalism and continuous learning.
The training was facilitated by Dr. Melissa Marie G. Bautista, Ed.D., who provided insightful strategies for effective customer engagement.
The program concluded with a message of encouragement and appreciation from Ms. Rosie B. Garfin, HR and Admin Division Supervisor.
This second batch of training underscores SUKELCO’s commitment to building a service-oriented and empowered workforce that places MCO satisfaction at the forefront.
