APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF CAPITAL EXPENDITURE PLAN
FOR YEARS 2024 TO 2026
TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given that on 05 November 2025, the Sultan Kudarat Electric, Cooperative, Inc. (SUKELCO) filed, through the Energy Virtual One-Stop Shop (EVOSS) portal, an Application dated 01 October 2025, seeking the Commission’s approval of the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) plan for the years 2024 to 2026.
The Commission sets the instant Application for hearing for the determination of compliance with the jurisdictional requirements, expository presentation, and Pre-trial Conference on 15 January 2026 (Thursday), at nine o’clock in the morning (9:00 A.M.), through Microsoft Teams Application as the online platform for the conduct thereof, pursuant to Resolution No. 09, Series of 2020 and Resolution No. 01, Series of 2021 (ERC Revised Rules of Practice and Procedure).
Accordingly, SUKELCO will mirror the virtual hearing that will be hosted by the Commission at SUKELCO’s principal office located at the National Highway, Brgy. Kalandagan, Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat, as the designated venue for the conduct thereof.
