In celebration of Women’s Month, the Sultan Kudarat Electric Cooperative (SUKELCO) held the 5th year of its “Zumba Bida” Zumba Marathon on March 9, 2026, at the SUKELCO Headquarters in Kalandagan, Tacurong City.
A total of 76 women participants joined the wellness activity, composed of Zumba enthusiasts from Tacurong City and Isulan.
The activity featured one hour and 20 minutes of Zumba, bringing together women from different communities to promote health and fitness.
An inspirational message was delivered by Esperanza District Director Kristine Mae Ploteña Saliao, who highlighted the role of women in strengthening families and communities.
The event concluded with a closing message from ISD Manager Mr. Francisco L. Torres, Jr., MBA, who thanked the participants for their support.
Special awards were also given to the Top Performing Participants and the Zumba Queen.
