SUKELCO held its Board of Directors Meeting and Mid Year Accomplishment Review on July 6, 2026, bringing together the Board of Directors and management to review the cooperative’s accomplishments and performance for the first half of the year.
The activity served as a comprehensive performance evaluation, focusing on the accomplishments of each department from January to June 2026. Department Managers presented their respective accomplishment reports, highlighting completed programs, operational milestones and the status of targets against actual accomplishments.
The mid-year review provided management and the Board with the opportunity to determine whether departmental objectives and organizational targets were being achieved, identify operational challenges, and formulate appropriate strategies for the remaining months of the year. Discussions also centered on enhancing efficiency, strengthening service delivery, and ensuring that ongoing programs remain aligned with SUKELCO’s strategic goals.
The Board acknowledged the efforts of the management team and employees in delivering quality services to SUKELCO’s member-consumer-owners. It also emphasized the importance of accountability, collaboration and continuous performance monitoring in sustaining the cooperative’s commitment to excellence.
