NOTICE OF VIRTUAL HEARING

SUKELCO Over/Under Application for the Period 2022-2024

TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:

Notice is hereby given that on 25 April 2025, Sultan Kudarat Electric, Cooperative, Inc. (SUKELCO) filed an Application dated 28 March 2025, seeking the Commission’s confirmation and approval of its calculations of over or under recoveries in the implementation of automatic cost adjustments and true-up mechanisms for the period 2022 to 2024, pursuant to the Commission’s Resolution No. 16, Series of 2009, as amended by Resolution No. 21, Series of 2010, Resolution No. 23, Series of 2010, Resolution No. 02, Series of 2021, and Resolution No. 14 Series of 2022.

The Commission has set the instant Application for hearing for the determination of compliance with the jurisdictional requirements, expository presentation, Pre-trial Conference and presentation of evidence on 09 July 2025 (Wednesday), at nine o’clock in the morning (9:00 A.M.), using Microsoft Teams Application as the online platform, pursuant to Resolution No. 09, Series of 2020 and Resolution No. 01, Series of 2021 (ERC Revised Rules of Practice and Procedure).

Accordingly, SUKELCO will mirror the virtual hearing that will be hosted by the Commission at SUKELCO’s principal office located at National Highway, Brgy. Kalandagan, Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat, as the designated venue for the conduct thereof.
