Invitation to Bid – August 4, 2016

The Sultan Kudarat Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SUKELCO), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites potential bidders to apply for eligibility and if subsequently found eligible, to bid for the:

Only those who are able to purchase bid documents are allowed to attend in a compulsory Pre-Bid Conference. Non-refundable bid documents fee for Lot No. 1 to Lot No. 3 is Php 5,000 each and for Lot No. 4 is Php 10,000.

Bidders must possess qualifications as stipulated in the IRR of RA 10531. All bids submitted must be accompanied with a bid security, in the amount equivalent to 2% of the ABC for Cash and Check while 2.5% for Bank Guarantee.

SUKELCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids without disclosing any reason, to declare failure of bidding or not award the contract or to waive any minor defects or infirmities therein and to accept such bid as may be considered most advantageous to the cooperative.
