Notice of Public Hearing (ERC CASE NO. 2019-045 RC)

TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:

Notice is hereby given that on June 13, 2019, Sultan Kudarat Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SUKELCO) filed an Application dated April 17, 2019 seeking the Commission’s approval of adjustment in rates based on the fourth to sixth years of the first regulatory period for second entrant Electric Cooperatives (ECs) under the Tariff Glide Path (TGP) Rules, with motion for provisional authority.

The Commission has set the application for determination of compliance with the jurisdictional requirements, expository presentation, Pre-trial Conference, and presentation of evidence on August 22, 2019 (Thursday) at ten o’clock in the morning (10:00 A.M.), at SUKELCO’s Principal Office at National Highway, Brgy. Kalandagan, Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat.
