The Maguindanao Electric Cooperative (MAGELCO) conducted a two-day institutional consultation visit to the Sultan Kudarat Electric Cooperative (SUKELCO) on September 23–24, 2025, held at the MCO Center, SUKELCO Headquarters in Kalandagan, Tacurong City.
Dir. Nor Fatima Sangacalan, along with selected employees from MAGELCO, led the delegation during the visit. The purpose was to strengthen inter-cooperative collaboration and improve institutional operations through knowledge sharing and benchmarking.
The consultation was facilitated by Mr. Francisco L. Torres Jr., Institutional Services Department (ISD) Manager, and Ms. Rosie B. Garfin, HR and Administration Division Supervisor, who shared valuable insights into SUKELCO’s operational frameworks, policies, and institutional practices.
This initiative provided both cooperatives with a platform for meaningful dialogue, fostering a partnership that supports continuous growth, cooperation, and innovation in rural electrification.
