Notice of Public Hearing (ERC CASE NO. 2015-179 RC)

TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:

Notice is hereby given that on October 20, 2015, Sultan Kudarat Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SUKELCO) and DMCI Power Corporation. (DPC) filed an Application for approval of their Electricity Supply Agreement (ESA), with prayer for provisional authority.

The Commission has set the Application for jurisdictional hearing, expository presentation, pre-trial conference and evidentiary hearing on March 30, 2016 (Wednesday) at ten o’clock in the morning (10:00 A.M.) at SUKELCO’s Principal Office, National Highway, Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat.
