A total of nineteen (19) employees from Cotabato Electric Cooperative Inc. (COTELCO) visited the office and benchmarked on existing computerized system on consumer records, billing collection and accounting on February 6, 2024.
Corporate Planning Department Manager, Janet S. Collado, welcomed the sister electric cooperative along with IT Supervisor and staff, Alfred Rivera and Arlene Opillo.
The said activity is one of the best cultures that exists among ECs in the country that showcases best practices which can be applied in the operation towards achieving excellent and efficient electric service.
