The Sultan Kudarat Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SUKELCO) recently held a consultative meeting of the accredited electricians from Area 1 and 2 Services Department on December 17, 2024 at MCO Center, Kalandagan, Tacurong City.
The said event attended by 35 officers and members of the association was conducted to foster collaboration and address key issues in the electric power distribution sector. It was also an avenue to consult the officers on the proposed policies on accreditation, imposition of penalty for illegal transfer of meter, proposed labor tariff, and amendment to the service connection policy.
Engr. Edgar M. Gatmaitan, OIC General Manager, expressed his appreciation and gave importance to the significant contribution of the association in ensuring that all parties are aligned on the regulations and policies of the cooperative.
Dr. Wilfredo M. Evangelista, Area 1 Services Department Manager, and Francisco L. Torres, Jr., served as discussants and addressed concerns raised by the association.
The convergence was also attended by personnel from Technical and Area Services Department who demonstrated their support to the association.
