LEBAK, SULTAN KUDARAT. SUKELCO gathered the officers of Member Consumer Owners of Lebak and Kalamansig District for a convergence and re-orientation held earlier today, December 5, 2024 at Marilou’s Chicken House and Catering Services, Pasandalan, Lebak, Sultan Kudarat.
The event was designed to foster strong partnerships and ensure that the goals of the organization are aligned to SUKELCO’s mission and vision. It also brought the Board of Directors and Management to share insights, provide updates and refocus on shared responsibility to assure customer satisfaction.
OIC- General Manager, Edgar M. Gatmaitan, PEE, along with the District Directors of Lebak and Kalamansig, Dir. Vivencio Necesito, Jr. and Dir. Lloyd Sean Castillano presented valuable insights and acknowledged the significant contributions of MCOs towards the direction of the cooperative to make them empowered, engaged and educated.
Mr. Francisco L. Torres and Engr. Remil A. Fuyonan, Institutional and Area 3 Services Department Manager respectively also graced the event and shared the challenges and future plans of the cooperative.
The MCOs were also oriented of the roles, duties, responsibilities and limitations of their functions. Re-Election of Officers was also conducted.
The convergence exemplifies the collaboration of the association in paving the way for the realization of the cooperative’s commitment of bringing the services closer to its esteemed member consumer owners.
